Access Information for Vehicles
Please read this page carefully and completely to ensure the fastest release of your vehicle. To begin, collect the following documents and email them to our dispatch team at dispatch@grahamswrecker.com
Impounds are payable by cash only.
At a minimum, you will need:
A copy of the vehicle owner’s ID.
The make, model, year, color, and VIN# of the vehicle. This information can be found on the title.
The reason why the vehicle was towed (Impound or Accident).
Insurance information, including the carrier and claim number.
The time at which you plan to pick up the vehicle.
Only after all of the above required information has been received to establish ownership and financial responsibility, will the vehicle will be released.
Vehicle release times are available from 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Vehicles released after hours, or on the weekend, may incur additional fees. Weekend releases are by appointment only, and are subject to availability.

If you are seeking to pickup a vehicle, please call ahead to have vehicles setout ahead of time. Otherwise there may be delays in releasing the vehicle.
